I Can Cope-
I Can Cope is a Cancer Survivors' Group that meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Monticello Cancer Center. Group members meet to share common concerns and learn from each other as well as experts in nutrition, mind, body and spirit wellness and pain management. The program is free to attend. Nutrition Education for Cancer Paitients-
The Monticello Cancer Center is offering free nutrition classes for cancer patients and survivors on the fourth Friday of every month, except in May, at 1 p.m. at the Monticello Cancer Center. Topics addressed include benefits of good nutrition, managing eating problems during treatment, how to read food labels and how to eat well after cancer treatment ends. All are welcome to attend.

Look Good...Feel Better-
Look Good...Feel Better is a program sponsored by the American Cancer Society, National Cosmetology Association and the Personal Care Product Council Foundation. This program is designed to help women who are experiencing the side effects of cancer treatment, such as dry skin and hair loss, learn beauty techniques to help enhance their appearance and self-image during chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
The Look Good...Feel Better group will meet Wednesday, May 15, July 17, September 18 and November 13, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. at the Monticello Cancer Center, located at 1001 Hart Boulevard, Suite 50, Monticello, MN 55362.
