CentraCare Health - Monticello's social services department assists patients and family members coping with social, psychological and medical issues related to illness. Through supportive services such as counseling, patient and family advocacy and communication facilitation, our team of experienced social workers provides comprehensive care to support the needs of patients and family members during difficult times. Referrals to assistance programs, along with access to an extensive list of community resources are also available to support patients and family members with grief and healing.
