Tired of living with joint pain? Explore surgical and non-surgical treatment options for hip, shoulder and knee pain at the Orthopedic Open House hosted by New River Medical Center, the Monticello Clinic and NovaCare Rehabilitation on Sunday, August 29, 2010 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Monticello Clinic at 1001 Hart Boulevard in Monticello. A picnic lunch will be served.
Dr. Rajan Jhanjee, orthopedic surgeon at the Monticello Clinic, and orthopedic team members from anesthesia and nursing will be on hand to share information about non-surgical treatments, minimally invasive options, joint replacement, joint reconstruction and the latest advances in orthopedic surgery. Interactive demonstrations will be presented by rehabilitation experts from NovaCare. Additional educational demonstrations will be held in the Zimmer Mobile Learning Center, a mobile classroom complete with orthopedic implants and hands-on displays, in the Monticello Clinic parking lot.
