New River Medical Center’s Board of Directors has made a commitment to become educated on legal status options for the organization. The board has formed an ad hoc Legal Status Education Committee to evaluate the pros and cons of maintaining the organization’s current Hospital District status versus various approaches to converting to an alternative structural arrangement.
Legal Status Education Committee meetings will be conducted the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. during the Board of Directors regular monthly meeting at New River Medical Center. Board meetings and committee meetings are open to the public.
