“We are so excited to have Dr. Frenning care for patients at the Monticello Cancer Center,” said Kathy Soland, RN, Director of the Monticello Cancer Center. “Dr. Frenning has many years of experience treating patients at larger cancer centers including the Virginia Piper Institute and Abbot Northwestern Hospital. Patients in our community will benefit not only from his vast experience but also his history of delivering compassionate care.”
