New River Medical Center offers the option of pre-registering securely online. Please complete the following information as completely as possible. If you have questions, contact an Admitting representative at 763-295-2945.
When you arrive for your appointment, please check in at the Admitting desk. The Admitting representative will ask to see your driver’s license/picture ID and your insurance card.
