Marshall E. Smith
Marshall E. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, has an extensive background in the health care industry which includes serving as Chief Operating Officer with SSM/St. Mary’s in Jefferson City, MO, Vice President of Professional Services at CHI/St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Joplin, MO and Director of Oncology Services at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC. In addition, Marshall is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from Winona State University and a Master’s Degree in Administration from Medical University of South Carolina.
 
 
Nancy Friesen
Nancy Friesen, Chief Financial Officer, has      thirty-five years of experience in the health care industry. She is a certified Fellow in the Chapter of Financial Management Association(HFMA) and has served on Minnesota Chapter of HFMA board of directors as President and Vice President of Education. Nancy is a strong advocate for professional organizations and the value they bring to their members for both educational and networking opportunities.
 
 
 
 
 
Euretta Sorenson
Euretta Sorenson, Chief Nursing Officer, has been an RN for thirty-five years. She has worked as an ICU nurse, Patient Care Supervisor at Abbot Northwestern Hospital and Director of Research and Guideline Development for Sage Health Management Solutions. Her career has brought her to hospitals in Florida, New Jersey and Alabama, where she had the opportunity to contribute to the development of a cardiac surgical program in Tuscaloosa.
 
 
 
Lynn Wieczorek
Lynn Wieczorek, Chief Compliance Officer, is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She has worked in private practice with Voigt, Klegon and Rode where she provided representation to long-term care, home care, hospice and assisted living clients. In addition, Lynn was responsible for implementing compliance, privacy and security programs at Baldwin Area Medical Center, a critical access hospital in Wisconsin.
