ABC’s of Healthy Eating for your Family
New River Medical Center is hosting a fun and informative nutritional series to help parents provide healthy eating choices for their children. ABC's of Healthy Eating for your Family is an educational series that will offer families helpful strategies to provide improved nutrition for their children. In addition, class participants will learn practical tips for making healthy choices on a budget. Register for the entire series and receive a $10 discount or sign up for classes individually.
Classes include:
- Healthy Weight Management for Kids: November 17, 2011 from6:30-7:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $15.
- Tips for Healthy Grocery Shopping on a Budget: December 15, 2011 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $15.
