CentraCare Health - Monticello's Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located on the banks of the Mississippi River. The care center provides 24-hour nursing care to long-term care residents and rehab residents. It also offers a variety of rehabilitation programs, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, therapeutic recreation and psychological services to meet each resident's individual needs.
Residents are encouraged to take part in social outings, physical activities, religious ceremonies, musical celebrations and special-interest programs.
Additional services include individualized care plans, nursing care, personal care, mental stimulation, pastoral and spiritual services, health education and therapeutic recreational activities including arts and crafts, games and outings.
