Nelson Adamson, MD
Dr. Nelson Adamson, radiation oncologist, determines the appropriate radiation treatment regimen for each individual patient. He consults weekly during the radiation treatment and provides follow-up care. Dr. Adamson is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the American Society of Radiation Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Brachytherapy Society and the Radiological Society of North America.

Barbi Kaplan-Frenkel, DO
Dr. Barbi Kaplan is the medical director for the radiation department at Monticello Cancer Center. Her professional interests are prostate brachytherapy, breast carcinoma and head and neck malignancies. Dr. Kaplan is board certified in radiation oncology and is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and the American Osteopathic Association.

Daniel Frenning, MD
Dr. Daniel Frenning has practiced medical oncology for more than 30 years and is well known as an expert in breast cancer care, oncology research and teaching. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. Dr. Frenning has cared for patients at larger cancer centers including the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute and Abbot Northwestern Hospital. His professional interests include breast cancer, gynecologic cancer and teaching medical students, residents and nurses.

Joseph Levine, MD
Dr. Joseph Levine received his medical degree and fellowship in hematology at the University of Minnesota. He is co-inventor of recently patented molecules that have potent anti-cancer attributes. Before moving to the Twin Cities, Dr. Levine was a staff hematologist/oncologist at Essentia Health in Duluth.

Henbing Wang, MD
Dr. Henbing Wang received his medical degree from Peking University, and his graduate degree in bioinformatics at the University of Illinois. He spent his residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and his fellowship training in the department of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Minnesota. Before taking a position at the Huber Humphrey Cancer Center, Dr. Wang was awarded the NIH grant and has been published for his work in clinical research for cancer treatment and prevention.
