Mary Ellen Wells
Mary Ellen Wells, Administrator, brings many years of health care leadership experience to CentraCare Health - Monticello. Before joining CentraCare Health - Monticello, Wells was Vice President Client Development for Experienced Resources, a Bloomington, Minn., organization that matches seasoned executives to companies’ projects and interim management needs. She has served as President and CEO of Hutchinson Area Health Care, President of Buffalo Hospital and interim president at the hospitals in Long Prairie, Owatonna and River Falls. Wells has a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Minnesota and a master’s in education and counseling from the University of Michigan.

Nancy Friesen
Nancy Friesen, Chief Financial Officer, has thirty-five years of experience in the health care industry. She is a certified Fellow in the Chapter of Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has served on the Minnesota Chapter of HFMA board of directors as President and Vice President of Education. Nancy is a strong advocate for professional organizations and the value they bring to their members for both educational and networking opportunities.

Euretta Sorenson
Euretta Sorenson, Chief Nursing Officer, has been an RN for more than thirty-five years. She has worked as an ICU nurse, Patient Care Supervisor at Abbot Northwestern Hospital and Director of Research and Guideline Development for Sage Health Management Solutions. Her career has brought her to hospitals in Florida, New Jersey and Alabama, where she had the opportunity to contribute to the development of a cardiac surgical program in Tuscaloosa.

Lynn Wieczorek
Lynn Wieczorek, Chief Compliance Officer, is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She has worked in private practice with Voigt, Klegon and Rode where she provided representation to long-term care, home care, hospice and assisted living clients. In addition, Lynn was responsible for implementing compliance, privacy and security programs at Baldwin Area Medical Center, a critical access hospital in Wisconsin.
