At CentraCare Health - Monticello, the Social Services department plays an integral role in the comfort and happiness of our residents. Our full-time licensed Social Worker ensures that each resident receives optimum care based on his or her individual needs. From the moment the registration process begins, our social worker is there to ease the process for the new resident and their family. Social services continues providing assessments of each resident’s needs and recommending educational opportunities for both residents and their families. Team conferences, facilitated by the Social Services department, give residents and their families a chance to meet and discuss any concerns they have.
